| Delivery details | We will either telephone or email you to arrange a delivery date. Please tell us if you require your order for a Birthday or Special occasion and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.
DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES
A flat rate of £10.00 is charged for all orders delivered on U.K. Mainland. Remote areas, eg AB & IV postcodes may incur an extra charge in which case we will contact you with a quote before processing your order
As of 1st January 2008 we can no longer offer a free delivery service and have had no choice other than to charge a flat rate of £10.00 for all deliveries.
We use Nightfreight for large items and delivery is 2-3 days. Carriage on smaller items, and weighing less than 30kg, is usually with Parcelforce on a 48 hour service or with Fastway overnight, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Should you require a Saturday delivery please contact us and we will get a quote but this is an expensive option. Please note that deliveries to Highlands, eg AB or IV postcodes take a day or 2 longer and depending on the item you have ordered may incur an extra cost - if this is the case we will always contact you first before processing your order and payment.
Occasionally we arrange for particularly large items to be shipped direct from the manufacturer which can take up to 21 working days although it is usually less than that. Please tell us if you require your order for a Birthday or Special occasion and we will do everything we can to get it to you in time.
IF the item you require is not a usual stock item and has to be ordered specially then, if you wish, we can arrange for the manufacturer to send this direct to you and a charge will be incurred.
YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM US TO SAVE THE DELIVERY CHARGE IF THE ITEMS YOU REQUIRE ARE IN STOCK.
WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO COLLECT SOMETHING THAT WEIGHS MORE THAN 30 KG
